Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI Bank) has released the admit card for Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade ‘O’ Recruitment 2026. Candidates who applied for the recruitment drive can now download their hall tickets from the official website of IDBI Bank.The online examination is scheduled to be held on 12th April 2026 (Morning Session). Candidates are advised to download their admit cards in advance to avoid last minute problems.
Vacancy details
Through this recruitment drive, IDBI Bank aims to fill 1,100 vacancies for the post of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade ‘O’ in various zones of India. These include Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh.
Selection process
The recruitment process includes the following steps:
- Online test
- Document Verification (DV)
- Personal Interview (PI)
- Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)
Candidates who qualify the online test will be called for the interview round. Final selection will be made on the basis of combined performance in online test and interview.
IDBI Bank JAM 2026 Exam Pattern
The online exam will consist of 200 questions of 200 marks. The total duration of the exam will be 120 minutes.

Apart from the English language section, all other tests will be available bilingually in English and Hindi.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this post must fulfill the following requirements.
- Educational qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum marks are required.
- 60% for General, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Other Backward Classes (OBC)
- 55% for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Benchmark Persons with Disabilities (PwBD).
- Age Limit (as on 1 March 2026)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
Salary Details
Selected candidates will be posted as Grade ‘O’ Officers. Annual salary in Class A city will be between ₹6.14 lakh and ₹6.50 lakh (company cost).Candidates will be placed on probation for one year. Based on performance and availability of posts, they can be promoted to Grade ‘A’ after three years.
