HPBOSE has removed the CET dates. 2026: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education in Dharamshala has announced the exam schedule for Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test-2026. It will provide an opportunity to candidates interested in pursuing a career in teaching. The entrance exam is for candidates who want to join D.El.Ed. Courses for the session 2026-28. Applications will be made available on the official website of the board.Chairman of the Board Dr. Rajesh Sharma has informed that the application for DL Ed is not limited to the new candidates of Common Entrance Test. Students who are eligible for D.El.Ed. Part I and Part II re-exams are also included in the application form. This will help them complete their pending qualifications.Entrance Test Schedule and Important DatesApplication form for D.El.Ed Common Entrance Test will be available from 4th April 2026 and will close on 26th April 2026. For those candidates who missed the last date, there will be a second chance from 27th April to 29th April 2026 with an additional fee of 500..For important dates DL Ed CET 2026 And retake the exams.
The board has planned to open a correction window from April 30 to May 2, 2026 for the purpose of removing errors in the application forms filled by the students. The entrance exam is scheduled to be held on 31 May 2026. Students can download the roll number four days before the exam date.Fee structure and revision guidelinesThe application fee for general category applicants is fixed at Rs.900. For SC, ST, OBC, PHH, and EWS applicants, the fee will be Rs.600. Payments will be accepted in digital format only.The board has clearly stated that the applicant can make corrections in the application form during the correction window, but for sub-category or category corrections the applicant will need to visit the board office in Dharamsala in person. These corrections must be made before the deadline.Process of re-appearance examination applicationAlong with the entrance exam, the board has also announced the DL Ed exam schedule. Part-I and Part-II re-examinations, which will be held in June 2026. Eligible candidates have to apply for the exams from 2nd April 2026 to 16th April 2026 through their respective institutes.The examination fee is fixed at Rs 1350 per student. In this regard, it has been informed by the board that the applications should be submitted within the stipulated period. No application will be entertained after the last date.
