Himachal Pradesh High Court will close the online application process for Clerk, Stenographer and Driver posts on 28 March 2026 tomorrow. Candidates who have not yet applied can submit their forms on the official recruitment portal before 11:59 PM.This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up the regular vacancies under the Himachal Pradesh High Court Officers and Staff Recruitment, Promotion, Conditions of Service, Conduct and Appeal Rules, 2015.

Eligibility Criteria
For Clerk Posts, candidates should possess graduation degree from a recognized university and qualify typing test in English at 30 words per minute.Stenographer posts require candidates to have a graduation degree along with three years of experience and a typing speed of 100 words per minute in stenography and 50 words per minute in English.For driver posts, candidates must have matriculation pass and possess a valid driving license with at least three years of driving experience.
Age limit and application fee
Age of candidates will be calculated as on 1st January 2026. Candidates belonging to underserved and economically weaker sections should be between 18 to 45 years of age. Reserved category candidates of Himachal Pradesh can apply upto 50 years of age.The application fee is ₹450 for unreserved candidates and ₹300 for reserved categories candidates of Himachal Pradesh.
Selection process
The selection process includes screening test, written test, typing or skill test, and document verification depending on the post applied for.Candidates will be informed about the exam schedule only through SMS and email.
