Talking about collaborating with Saif Ali Khan, Priyadarshan told Mid-Day, “The producers told me that Saif was available. When we approached him, he was excited, so like that. [he came onboard].”Talking about the actor, the filmmaker added, “Every morning, he comes with 10 questions. Once that question is cleared, he forgets the other nine and says, ‘Okay, I’m ready.’ [but] grown child”.

Talking about collaborating with Akshay Kumar, Priyadarshan said, “I am doing two films with him. For me, there is no difference between the hours [Khatta Meetha, 2010] and now.”The director added: “He believes in me. That’s why I feel a great responsibility to deliver for him. With me, he doesn’t ask many questions. “What do you want me to do?” I explain what I expect, and he does it immediately.”
