The results were released at a press conference held at the board’s office in Pururam, where the chairman addressed the media. The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education recorded an impressive pass rate of 92.9% in the Class XII examinations, with 16,067 out of 17,283 candidates passing the exam, including 7,538 boys and 8,529 girls. In 2025, 90.6% passed the Goa Board Class XII exams. 850 of the students who passed the class 12th examination this year were Divyang candidates.This year, the HSSC exams for Arts, Commerce and Science streams were held from February 10 to February 27, 2026. The practical exams were already completed from January 5 to January 19.Vocational stream students appeared for their exams between February 11 and February 23, following a slightly adjusted schedule. A total of 17,283 students registered for the Class 12 exams this year.
