National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application reform window for Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology (GAT-B) and Biotechnology Aptitude Test (BET) 2026. Candidates who have registered for the exam can now make changes in their application form by visiting the official website — exams.nta.nic.in/gat-bet.As per the official notification, the correction facility has been made available from 11 April 2026, and candidates will be able to modify their form till 13 April 2026, 11:50 PM.NTA advises all registered candidates to check their application details carefully and make necessary corrections within the given last date, as no further opportunity will be provided after the closing of the correction window.The GAT-B and BET 2026 exams are scheduled to be held on 17 May 2026 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at various examination centers across India.Candidates can correct their application form through official website: exams.nta.nic.in/gat-betDirect link Here
GAT-B, BET 2026 editable fields
According to NTA, candidates will not be allowed to change the following details:
- Mobile no
- E-mail address
- The picture
Candidates will be allowed to change any of the following fields:
- Candidate’s Name
- Father’s Name
- Mother’s Name
Candidates can edit all the following details:
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- category
- Sub Category/ Benchmark Persons with Disabilities (PwBD)
- Permanent and current address
- signature
- An application was made for examination.
- Class 10/Equivalent Specification
- Graduation details
- Post Graduation Details
- Identity Proof (only for candidates who have registered using identity proof other than Aadhaar)
Important Instructions for Candidates
If any correction affects the application fee, candidates will have to pay the additional amount online through credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI, NTA said. The agency also clarified that additional payments already made will not be refunded.The examination agency added that this is a one-time correction facility, and it will be frozen after the candidates submit the correct forms.
