Spread over one hectare, the palace has a built-up area of 20,000 square meters. It was completed in 2024 and served as the main filming location.

Several important sequences of Dhurandhar: The Revenge were shot in this palace. Among others, the lavish party organized by Hamza, as well as the intense moments between him and his wife Yelena, played by Sara Arjun. The property also appears in the final scene together.
A mix of tradition and modern design
Named after Gautama Buddha’s disciple Ananda, the palace combines traditional and modern design elements.A 25-foot Singhasana overlooks a central fire pit in the courtyard, creating a unique gathering space. The pool is surrounded by banana and bamboo trees, adding to the natural aesthetic.The entrance is guarded by four Angkor-style Buddhist statues. Inside, the home features modern architecture with flat roofs, open floor plans, and minimal embellishments. At the same time, it incorporates cultural elements such as mid-century furniture imported from China.

The interior of the mansion is equally grand and on the ground floor there is a double height living room, dining room and a guest bedroom with a view of the courtyard.A service kitchen is also part of the design and the first floor bedrooms are on the first floor which is reached by a dramatic spiral staircase.However, the details of these rooms have been kept private to maintain exclusivity.
