‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ has opened in theaters and is already doing huge numbers at the box office. On March 18th (yesterday) paid previews of the film were scheduled for the audience. Casting director Mukesh Chhabra took to his X account to talk to Aditya Dhar about his product, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’. Sharing a photo with the filmmaker, she wrote: “This morning at 2:30am, he continued to work, giving everything to the film until the last moment. That kind of dedication is rare, and frankly, inspiring.”
He added, “I won’t say much because I’ve already seen the movie twice… but trust me, this will shake everything. All the records, all the expectations. This man is a genius. Really. I’m really happy, grateful and proud… proud, proud #Dhurandhar2.”Mukesh Chhabra’s release comes after last-minute cancellations at various venues, leaving viewers frustrated. As the film has released in multiple languages, it has faced disruptions in parts of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Delhi due to non-availability of content.
Aditya Dhar’s statement on the issues
Aditya Dhar took to his social media to issue a statement regarding the content disruption and unavailability. He wrote, “To our beloved Dhurandhar family, Dhurandhar is not just a film for us; it is something we have dreamed of experiencing, nurturing and sharing with all of you, together, at the same moment, in all languages.”The filmmaker added, “Most of our Hindi shows across India are scheduled from 5 pm. All our Tamil and Telugu shows will start from 9 pm. However, due to unforeseen technical difficulties, our Malayalam and Kannada shows will start tomorrow morning.”
