A source was quoted by the portal as saying: “In the previous version, some abuses were muted, but many of them remained untouched. In the new print, twice as many words have been censored. The interview where (Sanjay Dutt) says that ‘Ld ca kya’ has been muted in the Operation Lyari sequence, although the actor’s gesture while speaking the dialogue remains. Abuse, ‘Well,’ he said Rakesh Bedi while getting a pedicure, and a character in the ‘Aari Aari’ song sequence also silenced her. Some excesses have also been muted in other parts of the film.
