The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) 2026 registration process will close today on 20 March 2026. Candidates who have not yet applied still have time to fill their application form on the official website comedk.org before the last date 12 noon.This is the last chance for engineering aspirants to register for admission to undergraduate programs offered by private colleges across Karnataka.Earlier registration deadline was extended to give students extra time. However, the window will now close at 12pm today, and no further extensions are expected. Candidates are advised to complete this process immediately to avoid last minute problems.

Who can apply?

Students who have passed Class 12 (or equivalent) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects are eligible. They must also have an optional subject such as Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, or Electronics.

  • General Category: Minimum 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).
  • Reserved Category (Karnataka): Minimum 40% marks

Students appearing for Class 12 exams in 2026 can also apply.

Exam pattern

COMEDK UGET 2026 exam will be conducted through Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The question paper will consist of 180 multiple choice questions, with 60 questions each from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, with a total duration of 3 hours.One mark will be awarded for each correct answer, and there is no negative mark. The medium of examination will be English and the questions will be based on the syllabus of class 11 and 12.If you are planning to appear for the exam you should register before the last date which is today.
