BLCS Admit Card 2026: Bihar Legislative Council Secretariat has released Admit Card for Preliminary Examination under Advertisement No. 02/2025. This exam is being conducted for direct recruitment to the posts of Personal Assistant and Stenographer.Candidates can access the OMR based written preliminary exam admit card through the official website of the council. Admit card was released online on 30 March 2026 from 6.00 PM as per the official notification issued by the examination authority.Exam Schedule and Centers in PatnaThe preliminary examination is scheduled to be held on 5th April 2026. The preliminary examination will be held at the examination centers in Patna from 10.00 AM to 12.00 PM on the day of examination.Preliminary examination will be OMR based examination. Candidates appearing for the examination need to bring the admit card to the examination centers as per the details mentioned on the admit cards.Steps to Download Admit CardCandidates can download the admit card using the login facility available for the recruitment process.
