The actress called her husband, Ryan Reynolds, to talk about the production and promotion of the romance film, and the alleged retaliation and damages at the hands of Baldoni.

Lively also named her co-stars Jenny Slate and Isabela Ferrer and her older sister, Robyn Lively, as witnesses. The actor also calls out to people associated with Baldoni, including his former publicist, Stephanie Jones; his former podcast host, Liz Plank; and his crisis PR director, Melissa Nathan, to speak as witnesses.The report also states that many expert witnesses are expected to testify about reputational damage, employment practices and social media activities.

What is the legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni?

The legal battle between the cast members has been ongoing since December 2024. Lively is seeking economic damages ranging from about $142 million to $300 million. However, Baldoni has denied the claims against him. The closely watched May 18 trial is expected to last about 15 days.
