New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Thursday announced Team India’s full schedule for the 2026-27 international home season, unveiling a packed calendar of 22 matches across 17 cities.The coming season promises a wide range of competition across all formats with four visiting teams – West Indies, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and Australia – giving fans across the country the opportunity to watch top-class international cricket.Go beyond limits with our YouTube channel. Subscribe now!The West Indies tour kicks off an action-packed season.The home season begins with a tour of the West Indies starting on 27 September 2026. The series consists of three ODIs followed by five T20Is. The ODIs will be played in Trivandrum, Guwahati and New Chandigarh before the T20I league moves to Lucknow, Ranchi, Indore, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.Sri Lanka series in DecemberIndia will then host Sri Lanka in December 2026 for a white-ball series comprising three ODIs and three T20Is. Delhi, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad will host ODIs, while Rajkot, Cuttack and Pune will host T20Is, ensuring a wide geographical spread for fans.Zimbabwe ODI in the New YearBeginning in 2027, Zimbabwe will tour India for a three-match ODI series in January. The matches are scheduled to take place in Kolkata, Hyderabad and Mumbai, marking the first phase of international action in the new year.Border-Gaskar Trophy Headline CentreThe season will conclude with the Marquis Border-Gavaskar Trophy, featuring a five-match Test series against Australia. The series begins on 21 January 2027 in Nagpur, before moving on to Chennai, Guwahati, Ranchi and Ahmedabad.With a mix of white-ball and red-ball cricket, with competitive fixtures and matches spread across 17 venues, the BCCI announcement sets the stage for a blockbuster home season.
