However, during an episode of the show, the musician got emotional and opened up about the bond he shares with his parents. Many videos from the event went viral where the 24-year-old can be seen talking about his parents.While talking about them, McGraw mentioned, “Talking about my dad, he had me come out and sing this next one in a lot of his bands. I think some people are tired, but I’ll never get tired of this song.” He was referring to the song ‘Baracuda.’ I am very proud of my father. Both my parents. I love them very much.”

In an interview with PEOPLE, Tim McGraw revealed that he was one of the 2026 inductees of the Country Music Hall of Fame. He revealed that he never thought something like this could ever happen to someone like him, and he is truly grateful. He added: “I wouldn’t be standing here today if it wasn’t for the amazing women in my life, from my grandmother to my mother, my sisters, my daughters and most of all my wife. Thank you, baby. I wouldn’t be standing here today if it wasn’t for you, nor would I want to be.”
