Ather Energy has introduced temporary price reductions and promotional benefits on Ather Rizta S and Ather 450S, the revised pricing is valid at Ather Experience Centers in India till March 31, 2026. As revised, the Rizta S is priced at around Rs 1.05 lakh, while the 450S starts at around Rs 1.13 lakh (ex-showroom). The Rizta S is now cheaper by around Rs 10,000 and the 450S by around Rs 7,000. The change applies only to these base variants, while the prices of other models in the lineup remain unchanged.Along with the price cut, the company is offering benefits of up to Rs 20,000 for a limited period. These include a credit card discount of Rs 10,000, a cash discount of Rs 6,500 and an extended component warranty of Rs 3,500 at no extra cost. Buyers buying a scooter this month can also avail the subsidy under the PM E-Drive scheme, which offers a subsidy of Rs 5,000 for electric two-wheelers. The program was introduced by the Ministry of Heavy Industries in late 2024 with an allocation of Rs 10,900 crore and is scheduled to end on March 31, 2026. Customers buying the Rizta S or 450S before the end of the month can combine the government subsidy with the company’s promotional offers.
Talking about scooters, the Rizta S gets a 3.7kWh battery pack with an IDC range of 159 km. Features include a 7-inch deep-view display with features like turn-by-turn navigation, auto-hold, fall-safe, and emergency stop signal. It offers 34 liters of underseat storage, a 22 liter front storage unit and a large, flat seat. The scooter also comes under Ether’s 8-year or 80,000 km battery warranty, which ensures a minimum battery health of 70% over the ownership period. It uses a telescopic fork at the front and a single shock absorber at the rear. Braking duties are taken care of by a combined braking system with a 200 mm disc at the front and a 130 mm drum at the rear. The scooter also comes under Ether’s 8-year or 80,000 km battery warranty, which ensures a minimum battery health of 70% over the ownership period.
