Speaking to Hits Radio in one of his recent interviews, the ‘Spider-Man’ star admitted that he hadn’t seen ‘Harry Potter’ until recently. He spoke about Radcliffe’s role in the hit franchise, though he declined to name the author during the interview, JK Rowling. While praising Radcliffe, she admitted: “Daniel is so good, and I honestly didn’t see it [the Harry Potter films] until recently He’s so good in those Harry Potter movies. Those Harry Potter movies are really good. I really liked them.”He also admitted that he understands the controversial stance on the films, addressing JK Rowling’s anti-transgender views. He talked about separating the art from the artist, noting that there were many people involved, actors and artisans whose films deserve the credit they deserve. “I know we shouldn’t be putting money in the pockets of cruel laws right now with She Who Shall Remain Nameless, but the soul and spirit of those films… the kids are so good… and all the craftspeople – I’m working with a wonderful make-up artist now, Clare. [Le Vesconte] creature that was working in the workshop [on the films]. And I’m like, man, we can’t throw the baby out with the bath water, there’s so many beautiful artists that have worked on those movies.“

The blockbuster franchise that originated from JK Rowling’s books in 1999 was a huge hit as soon as it was released. Even years later, the films are considered cult classics and have fans all over the world. A series based on the books is currently in production, and the first trailer was released recently.There are plans to turn each book in the ‘Harry Potter’ series into a special season.
