The actor is known to have recently shared that he spent a “quiet day of contemplation”, reflecting deeply on the uncertainties of life and the never-ending search for meaning. Taking to his blog, the veteran actor offered a glimpse into his inner state.“Contemplating a quiet day…with oneself and one’s surroundings and circumstances…so many thoughts and conversations within one’s self, addressing one’s self…searching for answers…getting some answers, but mostly none and vague…” He spoke of the nature of unanswered questions, the reflection that clarity constantly arrives even as it does not arrive.“Every day in the silence of the moment, the wonder of the World, why what and where… but never sure in the answers it continues to manufacture… so many have given their lives to know why… how… but they join some words that seem to study thought, but never able to give a limited answer…”.He further explored the idea that perhaps definitive answers do not exist, suggesting that the very act of asking gives meaning to thought. He added: “…truth…if the answer were no question, it wouldn’t be an answer…it would be the end of the thought that provoked you…in short, there is one and only final…you came empty-handed…and you will leave the same…”. Reflecting on the elusive nature of truth, Bachchan has never accepted the search itself.“You seek the true form, but the search never ends in discovery… discovery is elusive… as it was designed, there won’t be a definitive answer to a question… each express has several branches… and they don’t all converge to the end… and so… I keep thinking,” he added.
