In Chennai, spiritual leader Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev chatted with a Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt. Alia shared a video on social media seeking parenting advice for her daughter Raha Kapoor. Sadhguru advised him not to worry his parents.

Sadhguru posted a video on his Instagram stories showing him praying with Alia before the session. He also shared a clip where Alia asks, “Would be your one piece of advice to a worried parent about being a good parent?” He laughs and replies, “A worried parent is not a good parent.” As the audience laughs, Alia tilts her head back and says, “I don’t think you can take worry away. I think you would agree.’

In another video, Sadhguru shared his view that he avoids “starting” himself in order to “unwind”. His Instagram stories suggest that the session ended on a warm note, with Alia holding the spiritual leader’s hand as they chatted. Sadhguru also uploaded pictures from the talk on Instagram and captioned it, “Alia Bhatt talks to Sadhguru in a friendly chat organized by JITO Chennai Plus (Jain International Trade Organisation).”
