Akshay Kumar The film ‘Bhooth Bangla’ is gearing up for release. After several delays, the film directed by Priyadarshan will hit the theaters on April 10. For context, they stepped back following the success of ‘Dhurandhar 2’, officially known as ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’. On the eve of the release, Akshay paid a visit to the famous Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

The actor, an ardent follower of Lord Shiva, was spotted at the Jyotirlinga shrine with his mother-in-law, the legendary actress. Dimple Kapadia. He offered prayers for blessings and the welfare of the nation. He also addressed the press during his visit to the temple. Talking about the devotional outing, the actor stated, “It was really good…I I prayed for the whole country and my family. I prayed that our people will always prevail and progress.”

‘Bhooth Bangla’ reunites legendary director Akshay Priyadarshan after a gap of 14 years. The duo’s past hits include comedy gems like ‘Hera Pheri’, ‘Bhagam Bhag’ and ‘De Dana Dan’. The film romantically pairs superstar Wamiqa with Gabbi. Ektaa Kapoor is backing the project which has a strong cast including Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, Asrani, Paresh Rawal and others.
