New Delhi: All India Football Federation (AIFF) executive committee member and women’s football committee chairperson Valanka Elemao Churchill has alleged that she has been ‘targeted’, harassed’ and ‘harassed’ by top officials of the governing body for raising concerns about procedural irregularities.
