When asked that most men don’t prefer a stronger woman or someone more successful, Abhishek said, “When my parents got married, my mother was a bigger star than my father. So it wasn’t an unnatural thing. I wasn’t brought up to think she had to be dominant; she was always a partner. I knew Aishwarya from the beginning of my career, which she did, and I worked with her in her second film. Most of them. We didn’t have a relationship then, we were friends, we were always friends.’She also talked about not having an ego and being in a marriage of equals. “Eventually when we came together through our courtship, engagement and then marriage, it was always about collaboration.
