In 2025, more than 7.06 lakh students appeared for the exam. The results were declared on 6th May 2025. Parel Dwivedi from Saatha district bagged the top position with an impressive 492 out of 500 marks, translating to an impressive 98.4%.
In 2024, MPBSEC Class 10 and Class 12 exam results were released on April 24. The Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (Class 12) recorded a pass rate of 64.49% among regular candidates and 22.46% among self-study candidates. Regular girl students outperformed boys, securing a pass rate of 68.43 per cent compared to 60.55 per cent for boys.
The merit list included candidates from various fields including humanities, science, commerce, agriculture, and fine arts. The official announcement was made during a press conference at the MPBSE headquarters at around 4:00 PM.
MPBSE has maintained a minimum pass standard of 33% in both theory and practical examinations of all subjects.
