New Delhi: Virat Kohli He was seen training with his left knee ahead of Royal Challengers Bangalore’s IPL 2026 clash against Lucknow Supergiants at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Tuesday.In a video shared by LSG’s social media handle, Kohli was seen walking with a bandage on his left knee while meeting New Zealand great Kane Williamson. He greeted Williamson, who is part of LSG’s support staff, and also hugged LSG captain Rishabh Pant.Kohli, who has been in poor form in IPL 2026, was ruled out with an ankle sprain during the previous match against Mumbai Indians, raising concerns about his availability for Wednesday’s game.However, the star batsman spent time in the nets with a knee brace, easing concerns over his fitness for now. He also had a long batting session during practice.In four matches so far this season, Kohli has scored 179 runs at an average of 59.66 and a strike rate of 162.72, including two fifties, with a highest score of 69*.In the last match against Mumbai Indians, he scored 50 runs off 38 balls, which included five fours and a six.RCB will once again rely on their strong batting line-up as they aim to overcome an inconsistent Lucknow Supergiants side and clear the mid-table crowd.The Bengaluru outfit are currently third on the points table with six points, while four other teams are closely behind with four points each.
