Bihar Technical Services Commission has issued document verification admit card under advertisement number 23/2025 for recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse. This process is related to the candidates who qualified in computer based test for appointments under Health Department, Bihar.According to an official notification issued by the Commission’s office at Harding Road, Patna, the document verification will be done in two shifts within a fixed period. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of category wise merit are required to appear as per the allotted schedule published on the website of the Commission.Access to Confirmation Schedule and Call LetterThe document verification process will take place daily in two shifts from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM and from 02:00 PM to 05:30 PM. It will be held at Bihar Technical Services Commission premises in Patna.Candidates invited for verification can download their call letter by logging into the official portal using their application or registration number, registered mobile number and date of birth. Access requires verification of the OTP sent to the registered mobile number. Entry into the premises will not be allowed without the call letter.• Direct link to download admit card Revised Eligibility Criteria and QualificationsThe Commission has notified the modification in the eligibility conditions after the implementation of the revised Bihar Nursing Cadre Rules. Minimum qualifications include completion of General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institute, with candidates holding B.Sc. Nursing is also eligible.Applicants must be registered with any Union or State Nursing Council at the time of application. However, registration with the Bihar Nursing Registration Council is mandatory before appointment.Documents required for verificationCandidates have to produce two self-attested copies along with original certificates during verification. Required documents include matriculation certificate, identity proof, address proof, educational qualification certificate, mark sheets and nursing registration certificate.Additional documents include proof of claims such as caste or reservation certificate, work experience certificate in prescribed format, disability certificate if applicable, and dependence on dependents. A copy of the online application form and photographs must also be submitted.Mandatory compliance and disqualification rulesFailure to submit original educational qualification documents or valid nursing registration certificate will result in disqualification. Candidates with eligibility beyond the prescribed criteria will also be rejected.Benefits of work experience will be given only if certificates are issued by authorized officials in specified format. A valid certificate issued by the competent authorities of the state is required for reservation benefits.Candidates are instructed to attend strictly as per their scheduled date and shift to complete the verification process.
