NTA opens challenge window for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 answer key, fixed fee per question

JEE Main Answer Key 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a public notice announcing the release of provisional answer keys for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 Session 2. Candidates appearing for the exam can now access the answer keys along with their recorded answer keys through the official portal.The agency conducted JEE Main 2026 Session 2 on multiple dates in April, covering Paper 1 for BE and B.Tech courses and Papers 2A and 2B for B.Arch. and B. planning respectively. The exam was conducted at 567 centers in 306 cities in India and 14 cities outside the country.Provisional answer keys and answer sheets have been released.The provisional answer keys for Paper 1 have been uploaded along with the question papers and candidates’ recorded answers. These materials are available for candidates who want to verify their answers and calculate the possible score.Candidates can raise objections to provisional answer keys by submitting online challenges. This process requires payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 per question. The challenge window is open from April 11 to April 13, 11:50 p.m.Challenge process and payment detailsObjection fee can be paid through debit card, credit card or net banking. Challenges submitted without payment will not be considered. The agency has clarified that no other mode of fee submission will be accepted.Once submitted, challenges will be reviewed by subject matter experts. If any objection is found valid then the answer key will be revised accordingly. The NTA has stated that no individual communication regarding acceptance or rejection of specific challenges will be sent.
