Mixed reviews for starrer Mrunal Thakur
ETimes’ review of the film reads: “For a love story, Bheems Ceciroleo’s music is largely forgettable, and doesn’t add any real emotional depth to the narrative. Adivi Sesh, who is also said to have contributed to the writing, is honest in his performance. However, the character itself is riddled with inconsistencies, and filled with needless value that lends him unnecessary style. A solid performance despite the limitations of his role. Anurag Kashyap, as the spiritually eccentric cop, comes across as an unintentionally amusing caricature rather than someone who adds real impact. Even Prakash Raj doesn’t have much new to offer.”‘Dacoit’ is a romantic action drama written by Adivi Sesh and directed by Shaneil Deo in his directorial debut. The film was shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi. It stars Adivi Sesh, Mrunal Thakur and Anurag Kashyap in lead roles, and stars Prakash Raj, Sunil, Zayn Marie Khan and Atul Kulkarni.DISCLAIMER: The box office numbers and data in this article have been collected from public and industry sources.
