In a message shared on their X (formerly Twitter) handle, they wrote: “We, KVN Productions LLP, are the exclusive copyright holders and producers of the motion picture ‘Jana Nayagan’. It is known that certain scenes and clips of the said film and in some cases most parts of the film have been illegally accessed, copied and disseminated by unknown persons under the digital threat of unidentified digital threats.”As they said, “strict civil and criminal procedures will be carried out against all violations without exception.” They have made it clear that they will not leave anyone behind. Furthermore, “every digital action is traceable.” The team has already started investigating how the leak happened and who is behind it.“We hereby inform you that downloading, viewing, storing, forwarding, sharing, uploading or circulating the leaked content via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, website, torrent or any other medium is a criminal offense and a violation of copyright laws. circulation. Officials also asked the public not to engage with the leaked content in any way and if any perpetrators are found, “immediate legal action may be taken.” They ended the notice, “If you receive such content, do not open, save or forward it. Delete it immediately.”
