The actor bought the property in March 2024 for Rs 7.5 crore, reflecting a gross return on investment (ROI) of 18.3% according to the data.Located in the Yoo Pune project developed by Panchshil Realty, the apartment was sold along with three parking spaces, as stated in the documents. The property is 4,249 sq ft and was traded at a rate of Rs 20,891 per sq ft. The deal was officially registered on March 31, 2026, with a stamp duty of over Rs 62 lakh and Rs 30,000. The documents reveal that the buyer is Cherise (India) Private Limited.
