Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the written result of Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandant) Exam 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check and download the result PDF from the official website upsc.gov.in.As per the official update, 1,286 candidates have qualified for the next stage of the selection process, which includes Physical Standards Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).Written Exam for UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandants was conducted on 3rd August 2025. Candidates who qualify the written test will now appear for the physical test in the next phase.
Candidacy is provisional.
UPSC has clarified that the candidature of all eligible candidates is provisional. Candidates will have to produce original documents to support their eligibility claims during the post-selection stages. These include:
- Proof of age
- Educational qualification certificates
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
- Ex-Serviceman Certificate (if applicable)
Candidates seeking reservation benefits must ensure that their certificates were issued on or before March 25, 2025, which was the last date of application.
15 days window to update details
UPSC has also opened a window of 15 days from 10 April 2026 for eligible candidates. During this period, candidates should:
- Update educational qualification status.
- Upload proof of qualifying exam.
- Update address details.
- Include details of higher education (if any)
- Provide employment or service experience.
Candidates who fail to update these details within the given timeline will not be allowed to attend the interview or personality test.
Admit cards will be issued soon.
Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has been appointed as the nodal authority for conducting PST and PET. Admit cards for the next phase will be released soon.Candidates should carry:
- Admit Card
- Hard copy of the detailed application form (DAF) submitted
- Valid photo ID proof
