He revealed that some new scenes have been shot and added to the final copy of the film, and that these scenes play a major role in the overall story.Talking about the same, he added, “I can say that we don’t need the things we’re doing. The film works and sings as it is. We’re adding adoration to the cake in some areas. We’re finding some ways to add a little more humor. We’re layering a plot of evil in a new way and a really fun thing.”

Peter Parker now works in a shabby apartment, still saves the city from evil here and there, and still follows his friends from school as they transition to college life. Last month, the official trailer of the film was released, and at the time of writing, it has already crossed 1 billion views. It created history by becoming one of the first trailers to reach many views. He directed the film Destin Daniel Crettonand this year it will hit theaters on July 17.
