Delhi Jal Board JE Recruitment 2026: Delhi Jal Board has started recruitment process through NITCON Limited for the posts of Junior Engineer on contract basis where application last date is today. This recruitment drive includes the posts of civil, electrical and mechanical disciplines, where candidates will get a salary of Rs.55,932 per month and get placement in Delhi.The recruitment notification was released on 1st April 2026, and from this date onwards, candidates who fulfill all the eligibility requirements can apply online through the official website of NITCON. The recruitment process is time sensitive, where the CBT test will be conducted a few days after the application closes.Details about recruitment process and datesA total of 100 Junior Engineer posts will be filled under this recruitment process, out of which 80 posts will be for Civil Engineers and 20 posts will be for Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. The CBT exam will be held on 12 April 2026, and the admit card will be released two days before the exam.The application fee is fixed at Rs 885 for General, OBC, and EWS categories, while it is Rs 531 for SC, ST, and PWD categories, and the payment should be made through the online payment system.Eligibility Criteria and QualificationsApplicants need to be between 18 to 30 years as on 1st April 2026. Age relaxation will be considered on the basis of government rules, in which the maximum age after relaxation will be 35 years.In case of civil posts, the applicant should be a diploma holder with 60% marks with three years experience or a degree holder with 60% marks and one year experience. Mechanical and electrical engineers will work on pumping systems and tube wells.
