A teaser of the short film was also unveiled online. Unlike the poster, the clip shows Taehyung ordering a coffee at a coffee shop at night. As he waits for his order, a woman comes up behind him and gives the same order. Then he looks at her in disbelief. Along with the message, “That night, our story begins.”

The short film is part of Taehyung’s ongoing collaboration with Compose Coffee, after being named brand ambassador in 2024.

According to reports, ‘That Night, Our Decaf’ will explore the story of two students whose lives intertwine after an unexpected late-night encounter over decaf coffee. The narrative is expected to delve into themes of secrecy, emotional tension and unspoken feelings as their connection develops.
