On Monday, David Schwimmer took to Instagram to praise the company that pulled its sponsorship of London’s Wireless Festival after headliner Kanye West, saying West has yet to adequately apologize for his years of anti-Semitic comments and that the written apology “doesn’t erase years of abuse.”The ‘Friends’ star made his position clear, which he called the rapper’s lack of responsibility. Schwimmer wrote: “It’s great to see companies with moral clarity.” Unlike Wireless and Festival Republic, who “decided not to platform an artist who has become one of the world’s most notorious hate-mongers”, while other organizations look to capitalize on a single, the 59-year-old expressed his fury.
