MHT CET Registration 2026: State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra has opened a short correction window for candidates registered for MH DPN/PHN CET 2026 and MH Nursing CET 2026. The MHT CET entrance exams were held on 6th and 7th May 2026. It will determine admissions to nursing courses across the state. The correction facility comes in response to recurring issues seen in previous years, where candidates sought changes in their application forms after the issuance of hall tickets or during the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). As per the official schedule, candidates can modify certain details in their application form from 7th April to 9th April 2026, 11:59 PM. The CET Cell has made it clear that this is a one-time opportunity, and no further corrections will be made after the deadline. Editable fields include important personal and identification details such as the candidate’s name, date of birth, gender, signature, and photograph. These elements are considered important for identity verification during the examination and admission process.“It has been observed from past records that many candidates make mistakes while filling the application form and request to change it after the issue of hall ticket or during the CAP process,” the official notice read.

- Login using your registered email id and password.
- Open the submitted application form.
- Click on the “Edit” or “Correction” option.
- Make changes to allowed fields (name, date of birth, gender, signature, photo)
- Check all updated details carefully before submitting.
- Submit the correct application form.
- Download and save a copy of the updated form for future reference.
