In a recent development, the famous singer Sia has reached a child support agreement with her husband Daniel Bernard, agreeing to pay $42,500 per month. The arrangement also covers private school tuition, extracurricular activities and medical expenses for her son Somersault.

Famous musician Sia and her estranged husband Daniel Bernard have reached an agreement regarding their child support. According to the latest report, the two have reached an official settlement, and Sia has agreed on her end to pay Bernardo every month for the children.

As PEOPLE reports, the settlement was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on April 6. Sia has officially agreed to pay $42,500 USD in child support to her husband. The two have a son, Somersault Wonder Bernard, who stays with Bernard.In addition to monthly payments, Sia will also oversee private school tuition payments, extracurricular activities and uninsured health care. He will also have to take care of his son’s health insurance. According to the court orders, he must set up a US$5 million life insurance policy for his son, or set up a trust to ensure that he will be supported in this matter if he dies before reaching adulthood. Payments will continue until Somersault turns 18, starting April 1st.

The married couple share joint custody of their son, with Bernard’s weekdays and weekends falling to Bernard, and public holidays split between them. Bernard will have Father’s Day and Hanukkah days off, and his son will stay with Sia on Mother’s Day, Easter and Christmas. A month later, Bernard filed another case seeking sole custody of Somersault, calling Sia an “unfit and unreliable parent struggling with substance abuse and addiction.”
