However, at the age of 83, it is the actor’s dedication and discipline towards work that leaves many inspired. In her latest blog post, the veteran actor explained how routine affects her daily life. Bachchan revealed that even a single day without work makes him feel restless.He noted, “A day where he wrote ‘lazy’…for no reason at all…it seems disturbing not to work every day…and when you don’t work to a schedule every day…the whole process of creating that pre-seed habit…the day suddenly becomes a mystery of actions that would normally work in unison.” He explained how breaking away from routine disrupts the sense of balance.
“You wonder why the day doesn’t play out the way you usually want it to. So if this element is understood in us, ‘may peace and tranquility be around us’, but for some it never happens and that’s added anxiety. Living in anxiety, they say, is bad for the mind and body and having a day of worry is essential.Bachchan has just finished hosting the 17th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati, adding another milestone to his long-standing association with the iconic quiz show.While giving an emotional farewell, he reflected on his journey with the audience.“Sometimes we experience a moment so deeply and we get so lost in it that when it reaches the end, it feels like it just started, and yet it’s ending so soon. It all feels like it happened yesterday. I’m about to start the last day of this game, I’m going through these emotions. It’s a privilege.”On the professional front, she was last seen in Bachchan-directed Kalki in 2898 AD Nag Ashwin.
