Directed by Manasa Sharma, the film stars ‘MAD’ fame Sangeeth Shobhan and Nayan Award and for many viewers the comedy of the movie lands, but the movie is called uneven and familiar in some parts.According to a report by trade analyst Sacnilk, the film started its journey at the box office on its opening day, collecting 2.85 crores. The numbers fell slightly to Rs 2.75 on Saturday, according to the latest updates. ‘Rakasa’ appeared in 1,458 shows yesterday. This takes the gross collections in India to 6.47 crores and the net collections in India to 5.60 crores. On the other hand, another Telugu release, ‘Biker’ starring Sharwanand, collected 2.33 crores in 2,094 shows. This brings the total net collection in India to 5.13 crores.

Talking about the occupancy of the film, it had an overall occupancy of 35.37%. Morning shows started at 16.77%, then rose to 30.69%. Later, they had a slight decrease to 28.23%, and peaked at night with 44.31% occupancy.
