NEET PG 2025: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has asked all medical colleges and institutes across the country to collect details of students admitted through National Eligibility Entrance Test for Post Graduate (NEET PG) 2025.According to an official notice issued by the Postgraduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB), colleges will have to upload the admission details for postgraduate medical courses for the academic year 2025-26 through an online portal.
Last date for submission of details
The admission monitoring portal is already open and will remain available till 8 April 2026. Colleges are advised to complete the process within this deadline.
What do colleges need to do?
All medical colleges should:
- Upload details of students admitted through NEET PG 2025.
- Use their existing login ID to access the portal.
- Submit information through online system only.
NMC has clearly stated that hard copy submission is not required, and only data uploaded online will be considered valid.Important instructions
- Admissions should be strictly on merit and in a fair and transparent manner
- If any rule is violated, students may be withdrawn from the course and action may be taken against the college.
- Login details such as password and ID are case sensitive and should be kept confidential.

Responsibility of Colleges
The commission has said that it is the responsibility of every college to provide accurate and complete information.
