Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued an important notice for the candidates who had appeared for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2026 (CTET). After declaring the CTET 2026 result, the board has now allowed the candidates to request their calculations along with a copy of the OMR sheet.Candidates who want to get their calculation and OMR copy can apply till 1st May 2026. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
CTET 2026 Declaration of result
CBSE declared CTET Result 2026 on 30 March 2026 on official website ctet.nic.in. Candidates appearing for the exam can check their score card using their roll number and date of birth.The result is released after the board completes the process of evaluating the answer key. Earlier, CBSE had released scanned OMR sheets and provisional answer keys and invited objections from candidates.The CTET 2026 exam was held on 7th and 8th February 2026 across the country. More than 25 lakh candidates registered for the exam.The exam is conducted in two papers:
- Paper 1: For candidates who want to teach class 1 to 5.
- Paper 2: For those candidates who want to teach class 6 to 8.
CTET 2026: How to Request OMR Sheet and Calculation Sheet
Candidates who want their OMR sheet and calculation sheet have to submit an application with a fee of Rs.500.The fee should be paid by bank draft in favor of Secretary, CBSE, payable at Delhi.Candidates must mention:These details should also be written on the reverse side of the bank draft.

- Applications submitted after May 1, 2026 will not be entertained.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- OMR sheets will be sent to the candidates only through speed post.
- Applications from institutions or media will not be accepted.
- Candidates who applied earlier should re-apply with fee.
The board has also clarified that the decision of the competent authority will be final.Candidates are advised to apply within the last date if they want to get their CTET 2026 calculation sheet and OMR copy.
