New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Wednesday announced the schedule for India’s upcoming tour of Zimbabwe, with the two sides clashing in a three-match T20I series in July 2026.After the T20 World Cup victory, India will play a short tour, which will be played entirely at the Harare Sports Club. The three matches are scheduled on July 23, 25 and 26, which is India’s first international assignment after winning the world title.
India head into the series with confidence, having dominated their previous tour to Zimbabwe in 2024, where they won the five-match T20I series 4-1. Two series cycles confirmedAfter July’s T20I series, Zimbabwe will return to India in early 2027. The visitors are scheduled to play a three-match ODI series on January 3, 6 and 9, which will be held in Kolkata, Hyderabad and Mumbai respectively.The Zimbabwe series is part of a wider 2026-27 home season unveiled by the BCCI, which will feature 22 matches across 17 venues against a range of opponents including the West Indies, Sri Lanka and Australia.
