Property leased for school operations

According to property registration documents obtained through CRE Matrix, the bungalow has been leased to Prodigy Montessori India Private Limited. The premises will be used by the tenant for operations related to the school.The property is located in Belscot Co-operative Housing Society in Old Lokhandwala Complex in the residential pocket of Andheri West. The bungalow will be approximately 4,500 square meters.

Rental details and lock-in period

The monthly rent starts from Rs 6.5 lakh for the first two years. From the third year onwards, it will get an annual increase of 5%: it will go up to Rs 6.82 lakh in the third year, Rs 7.16 lakh in the fourth year and Rs 7.52 lakh in the fifth year.According to the documents, the tenant has paid a security deposit of Rs 20 lakh. The agreement includes a 36-month lock-up period starting May 1, 2026.

This development comes at a time when Sara Ali Khan is aware of a new directive related to temple visits.Badri-Kedar Temple Committee chairman Hemant Dwivedi recently stated that non-Hindus will have to submit an affidavit if they want to seek blessings at the Badrinath and Kedarnath temples. Speaking to the media, he said that non-Hindu devotees will have to provide proof of their belief in Hinduism to visit temples henceforth.With this move, Sara joins the growing list of Bollywood celebrities who monetize their real estate assets by renting out premium properties across Mumbai.
