Eligibility and Application DetailsApplicants should have a graduation degree in any discipline and should have at least 18 months of experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank. Sections include English Language, Banking Knowledge, General Awareness or Economics, and Computer Aptitude.The minimum qualifying marks are fixed at 40 per cent per section for general and EWS categories and 35 per cent for special categories. Final merit is calculated as 70% for written test and 30% for interview.Salary and conditions of serviceSelected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of JMGS I from Rs.48,480 to Rs.85,920. The period of probation is six months, and a service bond equal to three months’ gross salary is applicable for a period of three years.Additional benefits include dearness allowance, house rent allowance, medical assistance, and travel allowance. Inter-State transfer is limited to promotion to SMGS IV or completion of 12 years of service.
