Kristen Bell posted on Instagram: “13 years ago today, we had our first little girl. Knowing her intelligence, compassion, and sense of adventure brought us a kind of joy we had no words for before meeting her.” He captioned it with a montage, including sweet childhood photos with Lincoln’s face obscured. Some video clips showed Lincoln and his younger sister, Delta, 11, dancing in birthday hats. The clips also featured her husband, Dax Shepard.
For Kristen Bell, parenting is the hardest thing ever
The ‘Nobody Wants This’ star went on to describe her parents’ journey as she thanked her daughter. She calls parenting “the hardest and best thing I’ve ever done.” She wrote: “Thank you to all the role models we’ve had for our girls (I’m looking at you Mrs. Browne!!!) and the people who taught us how to be parents.” Bell added: “Loving this child is the greatest job in the world. Happy 13th birthday.”

Shepard, 51, opened up about Lincoln’s love of theater on ‘The Drew Barrymore’ Show in September 2024. She admitted that hearing her older daughter sing will always make her cry.
