Ram Gopal Varma addresses criticism of propaganda surrounding ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’
Ram Gopal Varma took to his X (formerly Twitter) account to share his thoughts on the so called propaganda film “Dhurandhar: The Revenge”. He wrote, “I have a WONDERFUL IDEA IN PAKISTAN, For all those who claim #Dhurandhar2 is a PROPAGANDA film full of lies, they can get their Pakistani. Aditya Dharand do #DhurandharTheTruth”.
While the film is receiving a lot of love from the audience, it is also being questioned about the portrayal of sensitive subjects.

In his early posts, the filmmaker called the film a “reset button.” Indian cinema. He added that the film will create a new “cinematic order”. He further added that classics like ‘Mughal-e-Azam’ and ‘Sholay’ would look like “television serials” in the face of ‘Dhurandhar 2’.
