BSEB Bihar Board Toppers 2026: Bihar School Examination BoardBSEB) has declared the results of Class 12 or Intermediate Examinations 2026 today on 23rd March 2026 at 1:30 PM. Along with the results, the board has also released the list of toppers for all three streams: Science, Commerce and Arts.This announcement was made during an official press conference. Names, numbers, ranks and other important details of the toppers were shared by Bihar Education Minister Sunil Kumar in the presence of senior officers including Additional Chief Secretary Dr. B. Rajendra.
Students across the state can now check both their results and toppers list. BSEB continues its record of being among the first boards in India to declare Class 12 results.

How to Check BSEB 12th Result 2026
Students can follow these simple steps to check their results:
- Go to the official websites – interbiharboard.com or bsebexam.com, or check through the Times of India (TOI) result page. Here
- Click on the link for “BSEB Intermediate Result 2026”.
- Enter your roll number and roll code.
- Click Submit to view your result.
- Download the mark sheet and save it for future use.
Students are advised to keep their admit cards ready while checking their scores.
BSEB Inter Result 2026: This Year’s Performance
The overall pass ratio for this year Bihar Board Class 12th Exam 2026 is 85.19%. Among the successful candidates, 5,16,928 students passed in First Division, 5,11,744 in Second Division and 82,425 in Third Division.Girls have surpassed boys in all respects. Out of 6,70,971 girls who appeared for the exam, 5,78,611 passed, with a pass percentage of 86.23%. In this competition, 6,33,229 boys appeared out of which 5,32,486 passed, which is a percentage of 84.09%.In arts stream, 84.53% girls passed while 79.78% boys passed. In Commerce, girls scored 94.31% while boys scored 92.45%. In the science stream, 88.79% of girls passed, slightly higher than 86.56% of boys.The board also announced 26 toppers in all streams, including 19 girls and 7 boys.
Last year’s performance trends
A total of 12,80,211 students appeared in the Bihar Board Class 12 exams in 2025. The overall pass percentage was 86.56%.This is it. A quick comparison with last year:

Commerce stream recorded the highest pass percentage, followed by science and arts.The comparison shows that there is a slight decline in the overall percentage this year, but the pattern of performance across genders is largely the same.
