The early 2000s was the golden age of classic chick flicks. One of the most popular films of the time was ‘John Tucker Must Die’. In a recent interview, one of the main actors, Arielle Kebbelabout his experience on the sets of the film and how the film was shot at the same time as ‘She’s the Man’.

The famous actor reminisced about his glory days in the 2000s as he recalled what it was like for him. While appearing on the ‘Chicks in the Office’ podcast, the star shared that she was filming ‘John Tucker Must Die’ at the same time. Amanda Bynes ‘She’s The Man’ was being filmed, and the two groups somehow ended up staying in the same hotel.Recalling the experience, he explained that “it was like summer camp” because all the actors would come together to have fun. Both films were shot simultaneously in Vancouver, Canada. Also, there were about 20 people staying there, and over time, the two groups mingled well. “We used to go visit their set. They used to come visit our set. They would see us walking down the street in a line of 20. We literally moved in a herd. We would go to a club together. We would go to dinner together,” he added.

‘She’s The Man’ follows the story of a teenage girl who wants to play football professionally; however, her team at school is crushed because there aren’t enough girls. Struggling to play at the college level, she dresses up as a man to pretend to be her brother at her college. ‘John Tucker Must Die’ is another chick classic that follows the story of a group of girls who all fell in love with the same guy, but he dumped them. In order to get revenge, they set in motion a plan to fall in love with a girl and then break his heart, however, things don’t always go as planned as feelings get involved.
