‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ has put the spotlight on the actor Danish Iqbalwho played the role of Bade Saab in the film. And it refers to the underworld, Dawood Ibrahimin the espionage thriller. Recently, the actor shared that he is enjoying the love and appreciation he is getting after the release of the film.
Danish Iqbal says he wanted to reveal his character several times
In an interview with India Today, Danish Iqbal stated that there was not much curiosity about the characters as compared to other aspects of ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’. He shared, “Honestly, in the last three months, there were multiple moments when I wanted to raise my hand and say ‘I am Bade Saab’. I wanted the world to know, but I was bound by my commitment.”
In the same interaction, Danish revealed that he shot for the character in 2024 and also some scenes last year. The actor added that seeing himself in the role was a completely different experience.Danish added, “You have to add your intensity, some small details… and that’s what I focused on. I’m a trained actor, and I understand how to handle those situations. And then, of course, Aditya sir was around, and under his guidance, I think we did a good job.”
Danish Iqbal shares his experience of working with ‘Dhurandhar’
Shared by Danish Iqbal Ranveer Singh gave an “amazing” performance and heaped praise on the lead actor. He stated that being on the sets with the actor was unreal. He shared, “Of course, it’s memorable to be among them, but honestly, when you become a character, you forget everything. But they were all so nice, warm and such great human beings.”The Dane praised him Aditya Dhar for continuing to deliver films of this scale. Calling it an auditor, the actor said the filmmaker is quite safe. She said: “He does a lot of housework too. He knows what he wants and never settles for what people expect from him. He is such a fan, and what a vision. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with him.”
