Taking to Instagram, Dishani shared some dreamy pictures from the proposal, sending fans into a frenzy. One image captured the heartwarming moment when Myles, a steadicam operator and colorist, according to his Instagram bio, dropped to one knee. Another showed the Disco Dancer star’s daughter proudly showing off her stunning engagement ring, while the final frame saw the two share a tender kiss. Dishani keeping her text simple yet beautiful: “2026.12.06… The easiest forever I’ve ever known.”
About Dishani’s family
Dishani is the adopted daughter of Mithun Chakraborty and his wife, an actress Yogeeta Bali. The couple married in 1979. Before Yogeeta, Mithun was married to actress Helena Luke, also in 1979, but the marriage lasted only four months and ended in divorce. Mithun and Yogeeta have three sons, Mimoh, Ushmey and Namashi and an adopted daughter Dishani.
Mithun’s famous career
Mithun made his acting debut in 1976 with the Mrinal Sen-directed art-house drama ‘Mrigayaa’, which won him the National Film Award for Best Actor.
