‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’ saw a 21.6% increase in earnings on Day 9 compared to its predecessor. According to a Sacnilk report, the film collected ₹2.25 crore nett in 2,939 shows on that day. The total net collection in India now stands at 40.95 crores, while the gross India collection stands at 48.63 crores. Overseas, the film added 75 lakhs on Day 9, taking its total overseas gross to 13.10 crores and pushing its worldwide gross to 61.73 crores.
