Actress Katrina Kaif is gearing up to return to the limelight after embracing motherhood, and her next venture could be in the digital space. According to a recent report, the actor has started revising scripts once again and is being selective about the projects he chooses for his comeback.“Katrina Kaif is back to reading scripts after taking motherhood. The actress is said to be planning to return to a film set for the second half of 2027 and is actively looking for a suitable script, something worth her time. She also seems to be interested in exploring streaming projects that can give the actress better opportunities,” a source told India Today. If the debate goes ahead, the project would mark the first Katrina massacre in the streaming world. While many Bollywood actors have successfully balanced theatrical releases with OTT content, Katrina is yet to headline a long-form series or digital film.The source further revealed that the actress is taking her time before committing to a new project, prioritizing stories and characters that fit her current stage of life as an artist and mother.Katrina was last seen in the film Merry Christmas (2024), in which she acted Vijay Sethupathi. He has largely stayed out of the public eye since then, although anticipation for his next professional move has continued among fans.The actress, who married Vicky Kaushal in 2021, recently entered a new chapter in her life with motherhood.
